1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order.

If there is a significant delay due to high order volume or supply issues, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times (United Kingdom) We use reliable couriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

  • Transit Time: 1–3 business days
