How to Order

Orders can be placed online through our website. Full payment is taken at checkout for all standard products.

Please ensure all product details, sizes, colours and options are correct before placing your order. If you wish to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible — changes made after dispatch may not be possible.

Online Security

All online payments are processed securely using industry-standard SSL encryption. Your payment details are handled directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

How to Order Online
  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your basket.

  2. Proceed to Checkout when ready.

  3. Enter your contact and delivery information.

  4. Any delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown before payment.

  5. Complete payment to place your order.

If you prefer to order manually, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.

VAT

All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current UK rate.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please check all information is correct and let us know promptly if any adjustments are needed.

Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated on each product page. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

Deliveries usually require a signature unless you request a safe-place drop. If goods are left in a safe place at your request, responsibility transfers to you once delivered.
 

If no one is available to accept the delivery and no safe-place instructions have been given, redelivery costs may apply.

For delivery outside UK mainland, please contact us for a quotation.

Damage on Delivery

If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please refuse the damaged item(s) and ask the courier to return them to us.

If damage is discovered after opening the parcel, notify us within 3 days so we can arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at sales@veloraofficial.co.uk 

Standard Products

If your item arrives in good condition but you decide you no longer want it:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return the item within a further 14 days.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

A refund will be issued after inspection.

Hygiene-Sensitive & Electrical Safety Products

Electric heated blankets and other products sealed for hygiene or electrical safety reasons cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.
 

This includes (but is not limited to):
 

  • Electric heated blankets

  • Throws or bedding sealed for hygiene protection

  • Any item that has had its safety seal broken
     

If you believe you may need to return such an item, do not open or remove protective packaging until your return has been approved.

Warranty

All electrical products are covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 months unless stated otherwise). This covers faults arising from normal domestic use.

Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, improper washing, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using your original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within a few working days.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive notification and, where applicable, tracking information via email or text message.

If tracking does not appear or you have concerns about delivery, please contact us.
