We want you to love your purchase from VELORA. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

All returns are completely free of charge.
VELORA will cover all return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid return label where required.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund:
